International Cultural Youth Exchange (ICYE)
is a youth exchange programme with membership
of over thirty countries, with the international
office in Berlin, Germany. ICYE Kenya is registered
in Kenya as an Association and at present
being run on a voluntary basis by a Committee
of six people. The office has two full time
staff, one part time staff and several co-workers.
